Readit.me is a lightweight reading diary. Users can keep track of books they want to read, are currently reading, finished, or abandoned. It us running on Heroku and is integrated with Amazon and Facebook Connect.

Ambience is a web-based twitter application that allows you to mute conversations based on regular expressions (among other features). It is running on the Google App Engine and is also open sourced on Github.
